A hotel situated at Khartoum city formed of ten floors and a roof top, made of central balconies. The ground floor contains different facade large openings on top of which flower bed which creates the front south facing the entrance. The central facade contains balconies wider in the span that decrease when ascending to the rooftop, the Centre of this facade has a large vertical opening in the Centre.
The front facade is south facing, the entrance front curved and supported by pillars with an upper wider span, forming shaded areas. The front of the hotel is made of large openings made of double glazed blue curtain wall, and the right and a left edge of the front facade has an edge angle made of coats of painting with openings. There are also central balconies at the front facade with aluminum cladding.
The basement, ground and nine floors are made of the building requirement, a combination of functions varying from the conference hall to barber, office, and gym.
